Amends Section 9-11-15 of the Mississippi Code to require justice courts to designate at least one-half day each month as traffic court day to handle traffic violations.

Justice courts must notify all appropriate law enforcement agencies of the designated traffic court dates.

Traffic violation cases receive priority on designated traffic court days.

Effective July 1, 2010.
