Amends Mississippi Code Section 27-65-111 to add a sales tax exemption for Ducks Unlimited chapters purchasing tangible personal property or services for resale as part of fund-raising activities.

Exemption applies only when items are purchased by Ducks Unlimited chapters specifically for resale; does not cover purchases for the organization's own use.

Effective July 1, 2010.
