Authorizes the Lauderdale County Board of Supervisors to donate 0.57 acres of real property to Northeast Volunteer Fire and Rescue, Inc. to allow improvements to the fire station located on the property.

Specifies the legal description of the property located in Section 9 and Section 10, Township 7 North, Range 16 East, Lauderdale County, Mississippi.

Requires any deed or instrument of conveyance to include a reverter clause providing that title to the property reverts to Lauderdale County if the property ceases to be used as a fire station.

Takes effect upon passage.
