Reenacts sections 55-15-51 through 55-15-62 of Mississippi Code governing the Mississippi Veterans Monument Commission, which oversees design, construction, and maintenance of veterans monuments.

Extends the repealer date for the Mississippi Veterans Monument Commission from July 1, 2006 to July 1, 2014.

Designates the Mississippi Military Department's Armed Forces Museum as the official state military history museum, to be renamed "Mississippi Armed Forces Museum."

Authorizes the Legislature to annually appropriate funds from the General Fund to support the museum's operations.

Establishes trust funds for Confederate memorial construction at Shiloh National Military Park and Congressional Medal of Honor monument, allowing private donations and state matching funds up to $150,000.
