Amends Mississippi Code Section 93-5-34 to establish procedures for custody and visitation when a parent receives military temporary duty, deployment, or mobilization orders.

Defines "deployment," "mobilization," "temporary duty," and "family member" for purposes of the statute.

Requires temporary custody orders to end no later than 10 days after the deployed parent returns, and prohibits the deployment or temporary schedule disruption from being considered a change of circumstances in custody transfer motions.

Mandates that orders include provisions for: making children reasonably available during the deployed parent's leave; facilitating phone, webcam, and email contact between deployed parent and children; and requiring timely sharing of leave schedules.

Allows courts to delegate visitation rights to designated family members during the parent's absence if in the child's best interest, permits expedited hearings, and allows testimony by affidavit or electronic means for deployed service members.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
