Amends Section 79-4-1.22 of the Mississippi Code to correct a typographical error that omitted certain fees charged by the Secretary of State for business corporation filings.

Restores specific fee amounts that were previously missing, including $50.00 for amendment of articles of incorporation, $50.00 for restatement of articles of incorporation, $50.00 for articles of merger or share exchange, $25.00 for articles of dissolution, and $25.00 for any other required or permitted filing.

Maintains the existing fee schedule for other filings, such as $50.00 for articles of incorporation, $500.00 for application for certificate of authority, and $25.00 for annual reports.

Authorizes the Secretary of State to charge higher fees (up to actual processing costs) when prescribed forms are not used, and to reduce fees or offer discounts to encourage online filing.

Effective date is July 1, 2009 (retroactive), and was introduced by Senator Fillingane during the 2010 Regular Session.
