Amends Mississippi Code Section 73-11-58 to give first priority for body disposition decisions to the person designated on the decedent's DD Form 93 (Department of Defense Record of Emergency Data) when the individual died during military service

Applies to deaths occurring during service in any branch of the United States Armed Forces, United States Reserve Forces, or National Guard

Places the military-designated person ahead of surviving spouse, children, parents, and siblings in the priority order for authorizing cremation and/or disposition of remains

Recognizes designations made pursuant to Public Law No. 109-163, Section 564, which allows service members to specify who controls their remains

Maintains existing priority order for non-military deaths, with surviving spouse first, followed by adult children, parents, adult siblings, and other kin
