Amends Section 37-13-85 of Mississippi Code to modify the annual reporting requirement for the Office of Compulsory School Attendance Enforcement of the State Department of Education.

Changes the report submission deadline to the last day of January following the preceding school year, aligning the timing with other department reports.

Annual report must include figures on school attendance violations, dropout rate changes, attendance-related problems with proposed solutions, and other information required by the State Department of Education.

Report shall be submitted to the State Board of Education and the Education Committees of both the Senate and House of Representatives.

Effective July 1, 2010.
