Creates the Mississippi Registered Agents Act establishing a unified system for registered agents across domestic filing entities, foreign entities, and certain non-filing entities, replacing entity-specific requirements.

Establishes two categories of registered agents: commercial registered agents (who maintain a place of business and list with Secretary of State) and noncommercial registered agents (individuals or entities serving without listing).

Requires all represented entities to appoint and maintain a registered agent for service of process, with specific filing procedures for appointments, changes, resignations, and terminations of agents.

Sets filing fees for registered agent filings including $100 for commercial agent listing statements, $50 for termination statements, and $10 per entity for change statements (capped at $1,000).

Repeals numerous obsolete registered agent and registered office provisions from corporation, nonprofit corporation, limited partnership, limited liability company, and trust statutes, consolidating these requirements under the new unified act.
