Amends Section 45-11-7 of Mississippi Code to require municipalities and counties that provide fire service personnel training outside their jurisdiction to coordinate such efforts with the State Fire Academy.

Coordination requirement aims to prevent duplication of costs and ensure standardization of training across all fire service training providers.

Maintains existing State Fire Academy structure under the Commissioner of Insurance with an Executive Director overseeing training programs, fee authority, and equipment operations.

Effective date is July 1, 2010.
