Increases the assessment for the Statewide Victims' Information and Notification System Fund from $10.00 to $10.00 for violations of the Mississippi Implied Consent Law (DUI/DWI violations).

Adds a new $10.00 assessment to the Statewide Victims' Information and Notification System Fund for other misdemeanor violations not specified in traffic, game and fish, or implied consent law violations.

Adds a new $10.00 assessment to the Statewide Victims' Information and Notification System Fund for felony violations not specified in traffic, game and fish, or implied consent law violations.

All state assessments collected under these provisions are deposited monthly by county and municipal clerks with the State Treasurer and allocated by the Department of Finance and Administration to the appropriate special funds.

Effective date: July 1, 2010.
