Authorizes gaming to be conducted on vessels on the Pearl River within municipal corporate limits of cities with a population of 150,000 or more according to the most recent federal decennial census.

Amends Mississippi Code sections 67-1-71, 87-1-5, 97-33-1, 97-33-7, 97-33-17, 97-33-25, and 97-33-27 to add exemptions for Pearl River gaming to existing gambling prohibitions.

Extends existing gaming exemptions that previously applied only to cruise vessels in southern Mississippi coastal waters and Mississippi River vessels to include vessels on the Pearl River in qualifying municipalities.

Creates uniform exemptions across multiple gambling statutes (criminal gambling, gaming devices, seizure of gambling funds, pool betting, and horse/yacht race betting) for the new Pearl River gaming venues.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
