Amends Section 27-19-56.190 to redirect fees from boxing supporter distinctive license tags to the Mississippi Athletic Commission instead of the previous recipient.

Establishes a special fund in the State Treasury credited to the Mississippi Athletic Commission to receive $24.00 of each $30.00 distinctive license tag fee collected.

Distributes the remaining $6.00 of each fee as follows: $1.00 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Maintains $2.00 per tag retained by county tax collectors for the county general fund, and increases replacement tag fees to $10.00 with 5% retained locally.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
