Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks shall provide hunters with disabilities reasonable access to hunting areas in public wildlife management areas under its jurisdiction.

Department shall allow use of mobility-related devices for individuals who are permanently physically disabled and are paraplegic, hemiplegic, unable to ambulate, or require wheelchair, walker, leg braces, prosthesis, canes, or crutches for mobility.

Commission shall promulgate rules and regulations for reasonable access and define "hunters with disabilities" as used in the statute.

Effective date: July 1, 2010.
