Amends Section 43-19-103 of Mississippi Code to add child care expenses as a criterion for deviating from child support guidelines.

Allows courts to consider child care expenses paid by the obligee spouse to seek or retain employment or due to the obligee's disability as grounds for overcoming the rebuttable presumption of child support guidelines.

Authorizes courts to require the obligor to pay all or a portion of child care expenses incurred by the obligee in appropriate circumstances.

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
