Authorizes the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration to transfer state-owned property located on North West Street in Jackson to the Mississippi Transportation Commission for use by the Mississippi Department of Transportation at no cost.

Property consists of 1.638 acres in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 6 North, Range 1 East in Hinds County, located within Jackson city limits.

Transfer may be subject to terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by the Department of Finance and Administration and the Mississippi Transportation Commission.

Authorizes Mississippi State University and the Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning to remove all real and personal property associated with the transferred property from university inventory records.

Effective upon passage.
