Amends Mississippi Code Section 93-11-65 to clarify that a custodial parent or parent responsible for health care expenses under a support order cannot avoid this responsibility simply because another person contracted with a health care provider on behalf of the child.

Adds new subsection (12) establishing that good faith contracts by third parties do not relieve the parent's obligation to pay health care expenses as ordered by the court.

Effective July 1, 2010.
