Amends Section 61-3-15 of the Mississippi Code to add new subsection (m) authorizing airport authorities to enter into contracts for computer equipment and services, telecommunications equipment and services, airline forecasting studies, and airline schedules.

Permits airport authorities to enter into these contracts without a provision limiting vendor's liability if the limitation is commercially reasonable and provides protection to the authority.

Applies to contracts for acquisition of computer equipment and services, telecommunication equipment and services, airline and airline passenger forecasting and studies, and airline schedules.

Takes effect upon passage.
