Amends Section 25-3-36 of the Mississippi Code to prohibit automatic salary increases for justice court judges when county supervisors receive salary increases, unless the increase is separately approved.

Establishes that justice court judge salaries from October 1, 2008 forward shall be the greater of: (a) the amount paid to county board of supervisors members, or (b) 103% of the September 30, 2008 salary for that county's justice court judges.

Maintains existing salary schedules for justice court judges based on county population, ranging from $14,400 annually in counties with 8,000 or fewer residents to $55,559 in counties exceeding 200,000 residents.

Prevents salary reductions for justice court judges due to population changes following federal decennial census, and suspends salary during any suspension by the Commission on Judicial Performance or Mississippi Supreme Court.

Requires the Mississippi Attorney General to submit the act to the U.S. Attorney General or U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia for compliance with the Voting Rights Act of 1965.
