Amends Mississippi Code Section 25-3-9 to prohibit county prosecuting attorneys from receiving automatic salary increases that correspond to salary increases given to county supervisors.

Applies the restriction beginning on the date the bill is enacted, preventing commensurate raises for prosecutors when supervisors receive raises.

Preserves all existing salary provisions for county prosecuting attorneys based on county population, location, and other specified criteria.

Maintains the requirement that county prosecuting attorneys receive salaries no less than justice court judges in their respective counties.

Takes effect upon passage with no specified effective date delay.
