Transfers responsibility for determining the number and distribution of traffic ticket forms from the State Auditor to the Commissioner of Public Safety

Requires court clerks to file traffic ticket copies with the Commissioner of Public Safety within 45 days after judgment is rendered, including information about the judgment as specified by the commissioner

Authorizes the Commissioner of Public Safety to determine what information court clerks must report and where ticket copies should be filed or retained

Maintains requirement that all traffic ticket copies be retained for at least two years

Effective date of July 1, 2010
