Adds new subsection (6) to Section 97-33-57 granting the Mississippi Gaming Commission additional regulatory powers over bingo licensees and applicants.

Requires applicants to submit plans showing intended charitable support and expected operational expenses as a precondition for licensure.

Authorizes the commission to audit fund flows between bingo licensees and other entities sharing common officers, and to audit charitable expenditures to verify recipients and fund usage.

Empowers the commission to promulgate rules establishing minimum levels of charitable support that bingo licensees must provide.

Allows the commission to deny, suspend, or revoke licenses for failure to comply with subsection (6) requirements or failure to make annual material progress toward meeting bingo operation plans.
