Extends the repeal date from July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2014 for minimum training standards for emergency telecommunicators under Section 19-5-353.

Extends the repeal date from July 1, 2010 to July 1, 2014 for funding provisions for telecommunicator training under Section 19-5-357.

Requires certified emergency telecommunicators to complete 48 hours of continuing education courses every three years after initial certification, with courses approved by the Board of Emergency Telecommunications Standards and Training.

Authorizes the Board to reimburse agencies for continuing education training expenses incurred by telecommunicators.
