Reauthorizes issuance of distinctive motor vehicle license tags for supporters of the Clinton Community Nature Center beginning July 1, 2010.

License tag applicants must pay an additional fee of $30 annually in addition to standard road, bridge, and registration taxes, with $2 retained by county tax collectors for general fund.

Monthly collections distributed as follows: $24 to Clinton Community Nature Center, $1 to Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2 to State Highway Fund, and $1 to special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Replacement distinctive license tags cost $10, with 5% of fees retained by tax collectors and remainder distributed the same as original tag sales.

Clinton Community Nature Center must satisfy Section 27-19-44(2) requirements by July 1, 2013 to permit issuance of the distinctive license tags.
