Expands Mississippi State Workforce Investment Board membership to include the executive director from each of the four workforce areas in the state as voting members.

Adds the Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services as a nonvoting, advisory member to the board.

Maintains the board composition at 39 voting members with a majority representing business and industry, in compliance with the federal Workforce Investment Act.

Effective July 1, 2010.
