Amends Section 97-5-35 of Mississippi Code to revise sentencing for second or subsequent violations of child sexual conduct depiction laws.

Expands the definition of "second or subsequent offense" to include violations that occurred in another state or under federal jurisdiction that would constitute a violation under Mississippi law, regardless of how they are designated elsewhere.

Increases penalties for second or subsequent offenses to a fine of $100,000 to $1,000,000 and imprisonment for life or a term of not less than 20 years (compared to 5-40 years for first offense).

Takes effect July 1, 2010.
