Creates a joint task force to study white-tailed deer enclosures, breeding pens, and the deer breeding industry in Mississippi.

Task force shall study enclosure requirements, monitoring and tagging, population restrictions, disease prevention (including chronic wasting disease), importation of deer genetics, and welfare of neglected deer.

Task force composition includes the State Veterinarian (chair), Commissioner of Agriculture and Commerce, Executive Director of Mississippi Development Authority, Executive Director of Department of Wildlife Fisheries and Parks, chairs of both Senate and House Wildlife committees, and one representative of Mississippi deer farmers.

Task force must submit a status report to legislative Wildlife committees by September 1, 2010, and a final report with findings and recommendations to the Legislature by December 1, 2010.

Task force dissolves on January 4, 2011.
