Amends Section 27-65-111, Mississippi Code of 1972, to add sales of tangible personal property and services to the Military Veterans Association, Inc. as a sales tax exemption.

The exemption applies to purchases by the Military Veterans Association, Inc., joining other exempt organizations listed in state law such as hospitals, schools, the Salvation Army, and various nonprofits.

Exemption becomes effective July 1, 2010.
