Appropriates $1,566,538.00 from the Working Cash-Stabilization Reserve Fund for salaries, travel, and tort claim expenses of district attorneys, assistant district attorneys, and criminal investigators for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.

Appropriates $728,023.00 from the State Treasury for district attorneys, assistant district attorneys, and criminal investigators, funded from Unclaimed Property ($38,329.00) and Prosecutor's Compensation ($689,694.00) accounts.

Appropriates $2,102,219.00 from the Working Cash-Stabilization Reserve Fund for expenses of special judges, chancellors, and circuit judges for fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.

Appropriates $3,548,569.00 from the Working Cash-Stabilization Reserve Fund to the Department of Public Safety, allocated as follows: Crime Laboratory ($244,527.00), Highway Safety Patrol ($2,934,318.00), and Bureau of Narcotics ($369,724.00).

Act takes effect upon passage and remains in force through fiscal year ending June 30, 2010.
