Appropriates $77,526 to the Mississippi Fair Commission for Dixie National Livestock Show expenses and $50,000 to the Pat Harrison Waterway District for fire-damaged cabin repairs in fiscal year 2010

Appropriates $3,000,000 to the University of Mississippi Medical Center for the ACT Center for Tobacco Treatment, Education and Research through June 30, 2011; $1,600,000 to Yellow Creek Inland Port for bonded indebtedness costs; and $400,000 to the State Supreme Court for the Comprehensive Electronic Court System in fiscal year 2010
