Authorizes the Board of Supervisors of Forrest County to contribute up to $79,350 in county funds during calendar year 2010 to 13 specified community service organizations.

Establishes individual funding caps for each organization, ranging from $1,000 to $25,000, with the Hattiesburg Downtown Association receiving the largest allocation at $25,000.

Organizations eligible for funding include youth programs (Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Little League Baseball), social services (Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Salvation Army), and specialized services (AIDS Services Coalition, Association for Retarded Citizens).

Requires funds to come from any available county funds and allows the Board of Supervisors discretion in determining whether to provide the contributions.

Effective upon passage.
