Authorizes the Board of Supervisors of Claiborne County, Mississippi to expend county treasury funds for economic and industrial development purposes.

Empowers the Claiborne County Economic Development District Trustees to acquire, develop, and improve real estate for industrial parks, sites, and related facilities.

Allows the District to construct or contract for infrastructure including streets, roads, railroads, water systems, sewerage, drainage, and utility installations necessary for industrial or commercial development.

Authorizes the District Trustees to sell, lease, trade, exchange, or otherwise dispose of industrial park sites to public or private entities for industrial, commercial, warehouse, and retail uses.

Becomes effective upon passage.
