Requests local area councils of the Boy Scouts of America in Mississippi to make annual reports to the Mississippi Senate and House of Representatives on the status of Scouting in Mississippi.

Specifies five area councils to provide reports: Andrew Jackson Council, Yocona Council, Chickasaw Council, Pine Burr Area Council, and Pushmataha Council.

Directs the Lieutenant Governor and Speaker of the House to determine the annual date for reports, with format similar to the Boy Scouts of America's report to Congress but specific to Mississippi activities.

Instructs the Secretary of the Senate and Clerk of the House to forward the resolution to Boy Scouts area council representatives and coordinate the annual reporting date and format.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the National Office of the Boy Scouts of America and provided to the Capitol Press Corps.
