Recognizes Kelli Jackson of Eupora, Mississippi as the 2010 "Miss Rodeo America," the first Miss Rodeo Mississippi to achieve this title, crowned at the 55th Annual Miss Rodeo America Pageant in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Kelli will travel over 100,000 miles during 2010 representing Miss Rodeo America, Inc. and the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association, with a feature appearance at the Dixie National Rodeo in Jackson, Mississippi.

Kelli holds a bachelor of arts degree in History and Political Science from Wheaton College and plans to pursue a master's degree in Public Policy from Duke University, a law degree from Georgetown University, and work for the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

Kelli won the pageant categories of appearance, speech, and personality and will receive over $10,000 in scholarships upon completion of her reign; contestants are judged on horsemanship, personality, appearance, public speaking, interviews, modeling, photogenic quality, and rodeo/equine knowledge.

The Mississippi Legislature recognizes and salutes Kelli Jackson for representing her hometown and state.
