Recognizes the 75-year relationship of Kathryn Bass Moody with Pearl River Community College, beginning as a student in 1933 and continuing through her work as secretary, librarian, and trustee.

Honors Moody's service as the school's first female trustee from 1980-1990 and first Chairperson of the Pearl River Community College Museum Advisory Board.

Acknowledges Moody's contributions to fundraising through the PRCC Development Foundation, establishment of the J.S. and Kathryn Moody Nursing Scholarship, and donation of items to the college museum.

Celebrates the naming of a student residence hall in Moody's honor following her death in 2008 at age 92.

Extends recognition to the Moody family and Pearl River Community College on the occasion of the residence hall dedication.
