Recognizes Mississippi citizens who have overcome communication disabilities through services of audiologists and speech-language pathologists and honors professionals nationwide in these fields

Directs that the resolution be forwarded to appropriate audiologist and speech-language pathologist associations, the State Board of Health, and the Capitol Press Corps for dissemination
