Commends the life of Thomas "Bay" Gollott of D'Iberville, Mississippi, who passed away on February 27, 2010, at age 93.

Gollott worked as an oysterman and shrimper beginning at age 15, co-founded City Cab Company in 1944 with his brother Houston, and later joined Gollott and Son Transfer and Storage Company in 1956.

Served as a police officer with the City of Biloxi Police Department from 1961 until his retirement after 20 years of service.

Survived by four children, three sisters, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-four great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.

Extends sympathy to his family and directs presentation of the resolution to surviving family members and the Capitol Press Corps.
