Prohibits betting or wagering on boxing, sparring, and wrestling matches authorized by the Mississippi Athletic Commission, except through lawful gaming activities regulated under the Mississippi Gaming Control Act.

Establishes that no officer or employee of the Mississippi Athletic Commission may receive a salary exceeding that of the Commission's chairman.

Allows the Mississippi Athletic Commission to accept, budget, receive, and expend funds from public or private sources for purposes related to performing its duties, in accordance with Department of Finance and Administration rules.

Specifies that the Commission secretary's salary may not exceed the chairman's salary.

Takes effect July 1, 2011.
