Requires airport authorities to publish notice of intent to sell property via Internet at least once weekly for three consecutive weeks in a county newspaper (or newspaper with general circulation in the county).

Specifies that notices must include the authority's intention to sell, the Internet listing location, and the closing date and time of the online sale.

Maintains existing sale procedures by appraisal, sealed competitive bids, and public cash sales as alternative methods for disposing of airport property.

Takes effect upon passage and applies to sales of personal property only, with exemptions for sales to other public entities where authorities may determine their own terms.
