Increases mandatory retirement age for Mississippi Highway Safety Patrol members from 63 to 65 years old, effective July 1, 2011.

Allows members who reach age 63 to request permission from the Commissioner of Public Safety to continue working beyond 63 for up to two additional one-year periods until mandatory retirement at 65.

Commissioner may authorize continued service only if the member's expertise, experience, or qualifications are advantageous to the Highway Safety Patrol.

Maintains existing retirement benefit formulas based on age and years of creditable service, with no changes to pension calculation methods or minimum monthly benefit amounts.
