Places the Home Inspector Regulatory Board under the State Board of Contractors, transferring regulatory duties for home inspectors from the Real Estate Commission to the State Board of Contractors.

Revises the Home Inspector Regulatory Board membership from five to seven members, including one representative from each congressional district, one at-large member (all licensed home inspectors), plus one member from the State Board of Contractors and one from the Real Estate Commission.

Increases continuing education requirements from an unspecified amount to twelve (12) hours annually, including two (2) hours on new home construction topics.

Changes the initial and annual renewal license fee from an unspecified amount to $200.00, with application and examination fees at $175.00.
