Authorizes the Tunica County Board of Supervisors to pay an additional annual supplement of up to $20,000 to the sheriff, on top of the existing $10,000 supplement already allowed under state law

Justifies the additional supplement based on increased law enforcement duties from gaming/tourism, with over 10 million annual visitors and more than 10,000 county employees

Notes the Tunica County Sheriff's Department employs over 150 personnel, including more than 50 deputy sheriffs

Requires submission to the U.S. Attorney General or U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia under the Voting Rights Act of 1965

Takes effect upon Voting Rights Act approval or October 1, 2011, whichever is later
