Appropriates $153,241.00 from special funds in the State Treasury to the Mississippi State Board of Nursing Home Administrators for fiscal year 2012 (July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012).

Authorizes 1 permanent full-time position and 1 part-time position for the board with appropriated funds.

Requires the board to grant 6 hours of continuing education credit annually to licensees serving on specified House and Senate health and human services committees.

Mandates the board deposit all generated revenue into a special fund with interest remaining in the fund rather than being transferred to the State General Fund.

Establishes various fiscal and administrative requirements including personnel record maintenance, cell phone usage reporting, procurement preferences for Mississippi Industries for the Blind, and restrictions on hiring former employees receiving state retirement benefits.
