Appropriates $8,561,412.00 from the State General Fund and $17,880,988.00 from special funds to the Office of the Attorney General for fiscal year 2012 (July 1, 2011 - June 30, 2012).

Authorizes 114 permanent full-time positions and 172 time-limited full-time positions for the Attorney General's Office.

Appropriates $40,000.00 from the State General Fund and $100,000.00 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi Commission on the Status of Women for fiscal year 2012.

Designates $950,000.00 for the Prosecutors Training Division and $800,000.00 from the Department of Health for the Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement Unit.

Establishes performance targets for the Attorney General's Office including litigation outcomes, opinion processing timelines, Medicaid fraud convictions, and crime victims compensation claims; takes effect July 1, 2011.
