Reappropriates $19,280,298.00 from Fund No. 3931 to the Department of Finance and Administration, Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management for fiscal year 2012.

Reauthorizes expenditure of special funds previously appropriated in House Bill 1668 (2010) for construction and repair/renovation projects at various state agencies and institutions.

Expenditures cannot exceed the unexpended balance as of June 30, 2011, and must maintain the original purpose authorized by the Legislature.

Authorizes the Bureau of Building, Grounds and Real Property Management to receive, budget, and expend state, local, or other source funds for supplemental construction and renovation project funding.

Effective date July 1, 2011.
