Authorizes issuance of $1,000,000 in state general obligation bonds for Phase I improvements at the Mississippi Museum of Natural Science in Jackson, including children's train, interactive exhibits, theater upgrades, and disabled access improvements.

Authorizes issuance of $2,500,000 in state general obligation bonds to assist the City of Corinth with repair and renovation of the Curlee House and related facilities, and to assist the Siege & Battle of Corinth Commission in purchasing the former West Corinth School property and campus.

Creates separate special funds for each project within the State Treasury to be maintained by the State Treasurer, with unexpended amounts not lapsing into the General Fund and interest earnings deposited back into each fund.

Bonds are general obligations of Mississippi with full faith and credit pledged by the state, bearing interest rates up to the limits in Mississippi Code Section 75-17-101, maturing within 25 years, and exempt from state taxation.

No bonds shall be issued under either authorization after July 1, 2015, with remaining funds after project completion to be applied to debt service on the issued bonds.
