Expands Greenwood Tourism Commission membership from 12 to 14 members, adding representatives from the Hotel/Motel Association, Restaurant Association, and Mississippi Valley State University.

Authorizes city to levy up to 1% tax on hotel and motel room rentals and up to 1% tax on restaurant and bar gross receipts to fund the commission's tourism promotion activities.

Requires commission to annually donate at least $2,000 to Thompson Clemons Post 200 American Legion and at least $5,000 to R & M Productions for tourism promotion purposes.

Prohibits use of tax proceeds for renovations, repairs, or construction of the "Russell Building" located at 505 Fulton Street, Greenwood.

Extends the commission's repeal date from September 30, 2011, to September 30, 2014.
