Alleged victim may consent to receive an electronic receptor device that notifies them if the defendant approaches restricted locations.

Court must provide victim with detailed information about the monitoring system's functions, risks, limitations, defendant restrictions, available sanctions, and community support services before victim participation.

Indigent defendants may perform community service instead of paying monitoring system costs; victims may request termination of their participation at any time without penalty.
