Prohibits employers from discharging or discriminating against employees who file good faith claims under Mississippi Workers' Compensation Law or testify in related proceedings.

Requires employers who violate this prohibition to pay reasonable damages to affected employees and reinstate discharged employees to their former positions.

Imposes a fine of $5,000 per violation payable to the Mississippi Workers' Compensation Commission on employers who violate the discharge prohibition.

Places burden of proof on the employee with a preponderance of the evidence standard to establish violations.

Grants chancery courts jurisdiction to issue injunctions against employers violating this section, effective July 1, 2011.
