Reenacts sections 73-6-1 through 73-6-31 of the Mississippi Code governing the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners, its powers, duties, and licensing requirements for chiropractors.

Extends the repeal date of the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners from an unspecified earlier date to July 1, 2014.

Establishes a six-member board composed of the State Board of Health executive officer and one member from each congressional district, appointed by the Governor with Senate approval.

Defines chiropractic practice scope, including permitted use of adjustments, manipulations, and electrical therapeutic modalities (requiring 120 hours of training), while prohibiting prescribing medicine, performing surgery, and using invasive techniques.

Sets licensing requirements including graduation from an accredited chiropractic school with at least two years of prior higher education, successful completion of National Board examination parts 1-4, annual renewal fees up to $300, and 12 hours of continuing education.
